Tagged!

Well, I've been tagged now by a couple of different bloggers Married with Sex, Passionate Man and the lovely Pretty Peanut. I'm supposed to list the 5 celebrities I'd like to get it on with, in the spirit of the Friends episode where they discuss freebies.

Here's the thing. There really aren't very many celebrities that I want to jump in the sack with. Now if we were to talk about people that I know or something like that then we may have a list. But in the spirit of fun I'll give this a try.

#1 Selma Hyeck. She was smokin hot in the movie Desperado.

#2 Amy Lee. The lead singer for Evanesence. She has got a lovely voice. And a good body to go along with it.

This isn't very easy for me. I don't really know the names of a lot of the people I see on TV and movies.

#3 Alysa Milano I had the biggest thing for her when I was in Jr. High school when she was on Who's the Boss.

#4 Kate Beckinsale (sp?) She was drop dead gorgeous in Pearl Harbor.

#5 Jessica Rabbit. You know the animated girl from Who framed Roger Rabbit? I know she was only animated but she was a looker for a cartoon.

And that does it. Now like Peanut, if there was a list of Blogger's that would be an easier list for me to write. Hopefully.

I'll tag: O272

Mr. Husbland

April You could use something light hearted and fun! **Edit** She did her list a few months ago. But is it still the same?

And anyone else that want's to have fun with this.

A good week

This week has been a busy week but at the same time a pretty good one too. The crazy thing is that the part that went really good was work. For the chain of command at work we have the supervisor at the top. Then comes the Leadworker (that's the test I took two weeks ago)which is in between management and the workers. Then there is the Equipment Operator (EO) 2's. That would be me. EO1, and then the lowest would be the maintenance workers.

So this week the Leadworker was on vacation down in Vegas for the whole week. So the Supervisor decided to put me in charge of the rest of the crew. 3 EO2's including me, one EO1, and 1 worker.

It was really good. He actually listened to what I had to say when I had input to give for the job. He told me what he wanted to have done for the day, then told me to assign the people that I wanted to do what. He actually told me that he has faith in me and that he trusts my work knowledge and decisions. So it was a real confidence booster for me. My boss and I got along better the last 5 days than we have for the last 5 years I have worked in this yard with him. The extra OT this week helped out as well. Another 12 hour day Mon. Then on Fri. Summer came to the yard and had lunch with me. It was fun. We all had a laugh about the jealousy bit as she wasn't there that day. I now have a new found respect for the job my boss does at work. It don't change the fact that I'm not to crazy about him though.

Another good thing this week was that we booked my cousins cabin in Tahoe again for 5 days in Aug. We didn't get the weekend that I wanted so I won't be going to Hot August Nights in Reno again, but at least we are going. That's the important thing. So we will be going to the cabin Aug. 16-20. It is the same cabin that we went to last Aug. for the family vacation. I can't wait till Aug. now.

I also spent the week IMing with some new people and that was great as well. That brings me to a new question. I have a Yahoo messenger account set up for my blog name. Now I want to be able to add a thing to my blog saying when I am online. I have seen it on at least one blog, but have not gotten a response as to how they did it.

Today was a good day as well. I finally got rid of the Bronco that has been sitting in my driveway for the last 3 years. I inherited it from my cousin when he died. But the block was seized so it just sat. Today my dad and I hauled it to a junk yard. But I still can't park in the driveway with my truck. Summer said that now she's going to hog the whole driveway.

Now where would this Blog be without a little Self Discovery? So here is some self discovery for the day.

Summer and I finally got a little alone time this afternoon. YAY! Youngest took a nap and oldest went to play with a neighbor kid. Now this is the first time we've been alone for some fun time in over a week. It was really fun as usual. Now here's the thing. I think that since I have been taking the Celexa I have been letting my mind runaway with me. I have heard quite a few people tell me that antidepressant medication will cause sexual side effects. So I have had it set in my head that I will have side effects. So in a sense I'm causing my own problems here. I took what I heard and let it run away on it's own creating it's own problem. Which is what happened today. Everything went fine until after we were done, and we got in the shower. So I need to find a way of getting myself back. Letting myself just be normal. And if something happens then it happens. Stop making things happen because I'm so worried about it. Let the problems arise then deal with it.

Other than that the Medication is working it's stuff I guess. I'm not as stressed out. My temper has really stepped down. The things that used to bother me and make me mad aren't anymore. And I must say that I am so glad that I decided to do something about this when I did. When I was in group the other night there was a guy there that had the exact same issues as I do. He went through the same phases of anger as I did. He almost lost a marriage due to the problem. Like me. He had a very supportive wife that tried to stand by his side and help with the anger that he dished out to her. Like I do. But 2 weeks ago he got tired of the anger all the time and his wife found him hanging from the rafters in the garage. So she cut him down before he died. He's now in our group meetings. I am so thankful that I got the help I needed before that happened to me. I am also very VERY thankful to have a wife like Summer. She is the best woman that there ever was. I dare anyone to try and tell me of a better woman, wife, mother, lover, friend, and companion. She has stuck by me through all the bull shit that I have put on her. She is still by my side and helping me in every way possible. She's here when most other women would have been gone and given up a long time ago. And for that I owe her my life.

Quiz Time!

Following in the footsteps of AAG and ArtfulDodger I've decided to add a little quiz for you all to take. Some of them are recent questions and some of them are from my archives from over a year ago. I just hope that at least some of my readers have been around long enough to know some of these.

Click on the picture to take the test.

**A HUGE thank you goes out to ArtfulDodger for his help with figureing out the html for the picture. It took awhile for me to understand what was foing on but he finally got it through to me. He's a great help for a person in need.**

*New post below*

Father's Day Weekend

Well first off as you know from reading my lovely wife Summer, I had a little bit to much to drink the other night at the Crawdad festival. But it was still a fun time. It was nice to be out without the kids alone. We ran into one of the aids for youngest sons class and she invited us over to her house for an after party. After we ate a late dinner we set out to find her house. On the way there we ran into an interesting drunk person that invited us to her after party as well. She said that it would be much more fun than any other party because she had a spa. And she only invited cool people. So apparently Summer and I are cool people worthy of a spa party. ;-) We told her sure we'd see about stopping by just to get her to leave us alone. Then we found the house we were looking for. That's when it got bad. I started playing a drinking card game. I won't tell any more of the details of the night. I remember them but wish I didn't. We did have a young lady walk into the garage asking one of the attendees for his beads. The guy told her that she had to "earn" them. And she did.

This brings us to Sun. It was spent getting things ready for the BBQ dinner with my family. It turned out really well. Dinner was pretty good. Even though it was a little bit overcooked. I was trying to do to much at once. After dinner we just sat around and talked a little bit. After Everyone left Summer and I just sat and relaxed. We were out until about 1 in the morning and got up at 7:30. So it was a long day.
I hope all the father's out there had a wonderful Father's Day!

Busy

Thats what I've been this week. And it's not letting up anytime soon either.

This morning I finally got the security door installed in the front of the house. It only took a little over a month to get it put on after I installed the front door. Now we just need to put the molding on around the security door. We were going to do that today as well untilo my dad had a little run in with a drill bit. Or actually it was a screw driver bit on an electric drill. The bit slipped off the screw and went right into his fingure. He now has about a 3 inch gash in his index fingure. But at least the door is installed. My dads fine. He went home after the door was done and got bandaged up by my mom.

Tonight is going to be an extremely fun night for me. It is the Crawdad festival in a delta town a few miles from us. It is basically a mini Mardi Gras. Complete with beads and flashing. I asked my mom to watch the kids for a few hours so that Summer and I can go alone. It's really not a place for the kids, especially after the sun goes down. She surprised me and asked if the kids could spend the night with her tonight. Well of course you know what the answer to that was. Anytime anyone volunteers to watch my kids overnight it's going to be fine with me.

So we'll be heading over there in a little bit. I'm all ready to go with a container of Appletini and another of Komakazi's. Summer is going to be my babysitter tonight as usual for the festival. It's really a blast. The town has a population of about 1500 people. But for the three days of the festival the population jumps to over 100,000 a day. Traffic is going to be a bitch. Parking is going to be worse but at least I have free parking passes that my boss gave me.

And that brings us back to a work related topic. I talked to my boss about the lady that seems to be bothering me. He seems to think that it's funny. So I asked him if the roles were reversed and I was telling her that I loved her and called her Honney or Sweetie wouldn't that be sexual harassment? He said only if she made a complaint about it. So I told him that it is really getting on my nerves and I'd like it to stop. He told me that I needed to tell her that before he could do anything about it. great. So I'm still getting nowhere with this. Guess I'm just going to have to be rude and tell her to leave me the fuck alone.

Tomorrow I'm having my parents and sister over for a Father's Day BBQ. I'm going to grill some Kabobs. When I'm done here I'm going to start the prep work on the meat and veggies. I'm using about 5 pounds of Top Sirloin stekas that I'm going to dice up and then soak overnight in Terriyaki sauce and seasonings. Then I'll dice up some red and green bell peppers into about 1.5 inch squares. Cut up 2 yellow onions into the same size squares. then tomorrow when I'm ready to cook them I'll add mushrooms. Soak some bamboo sticks in water for about an hour. Then thread on the meat and veggies alternating between meat, mushroom, onion, bell pepper, meat, etc. Cokk them on the grill basting with the sauce until done. Serve with salad, rolls and mashed potatoes with a terriyaki sauce gravy. MMMM good stuff!

Well another load of laundry is ready to come out of the dyer. I'll talk to you all later.

Jealousy

As for the comment, that I left on CH's post. No I'm not a jealous person, she came over to my side of the truck and introduced herself to me. I really wasn't in the mood to meet her, after I had found out that my breast examination went well. I fell asleep on the way home, CH stopped by his work to pick up his OT check. She came over to my side and introduced herself to me. I really wasn't in the mood to meet her because of what I had been through. A few days later she asked CH a few questions about me. She told him that she introduced herself to me and that I didn't say anything to her at all. She then asked him if I was jealous of her. He said no she just is a really shy quiet person. The crew started laughing, and CH was biting his lip so that he didn't laugh too. They knew what was going on with me, because of previous surgeries. I had seen CH's boss earlier that day, I had drop off CH's lunch for him. He asked if I would need surgery again? I said I would hope not, it would be 3 1/2 yrs too soon.
Then a week later CH was having a BBQ at his yard and I stopped by to talk to him. He and his boss invited me to stay and eat also. CH was already sitting down with his food. Then she went and sat across from him at the table. After I got my plate I went and sat down next to my husband. As soon as I sat down she said that there wasn't enough room for her at the table and left the room. His leadworker thought that it was pretty funny saying "Wow she must really think that your jealous of her". I just thought that the whole thing was rather funny.
So there you have it, that's my story and I'm sticking to it! And no I'm not a jealous person I'm pretty much a sweetheart. :)

Don't....

Don't call me honey.
Don't call me sweetie.
Don't sneak up behind me and rub my shoulders.
Don't sneak up on me and scratch my back.
Don't tell me about your kids' problems.
Don't tell me about your lack of sex in 5 years.
Don't ask me about my personal life.
Don't ask why I'm so happy.
Don't ask why I take so much time off of work.
Don't ask me how to so something the right way and then ignore everything I say.
Don't hug me.

Guess it's time to update this place.

My God! I have been so busy this week. Since the last update I have been working my ass off trying to back-up all my archives. So far no bad effects on my Blog so I'm going to go ahead and chalk this up to the problems that Blogger has been having the past week. Let me tell you something. Trying to back up over 160 posts is a real pain in the ass! I think that I have only been able to back-up about 70 of them so far. But that's also backing up the comments as well. The main reason that it is taking me so long though is that I'm rereading a lot of my older posts from the beginning. Let me tell you something. I am in no way shape or form happy about the way that I used to post things. I was every bit the Ass Hole that Summer said that I was. I can't believe how far that we have come. It is like we have done a complete 180.

My old posts were so full of anger. I was a very insecure, controlling, hurtful person. As I was rereading some old comments I came across one that said that I was not keeping Summer in a marriage. Instead it was more like keeping her in jail. I realize now that he was right. I thank my lucky stars every day that Summer found it in her heart to forgive me, and find the love that we once had together. We are finally having the marriage now that we should have had 11 years ago from the start of our marriage. I really think that going to see a counselor was the best decision that I have made for myself in my whole life (except for marrying Summer).

So I have been taking the Celexa for a little over a week now. It has been going pretty well. I did one day that didn't seem to go all to well for me, but I think that it was just my body getting used to the meds. My Dr. said that it should take about 4-6 weeks to see a difference with the meds. But my co-workers have been seeming to notice a difference already. They keep asking me if I'm OK because I seem to be "giddy" in their terms. I seem to be smiling more at work. I think that it is because of the fact that I have worked quite a bit of overtime this week and because we are paving. I worked a 14 hour shift on Thu. Let me tell you that was a long ass day.

Tue. was the day that I had the bad day with the meds. I felt like I was high or something. I had a hard time sitting still. Had a real dry mouth, as unable to keep a thought in my head or concentrate. Forgetting the most simple everyday things.

But now I seem to be doing better on that end. Now I can concentrate and keep focused for the most part. I just can't seem to stop yawning. Not because I'm tired but because I can't seem to get enough oxygen in my lungs.

There haven't seem to be any sexual side effects so far. I am now able to attain an erection. YAY!!! I'm just having problems maintaining them. :-( That still hasn't stopped us from 2 of the most amazing nights in the past week. They were very simply put HOT! Kids were asleep and we let ourselves loose.

In other events Youngest went camping with my parents for the weekend. So I took Summer and our oldest out to dinner Fri. night. It was great to be able to go out and take our time eating not worrying about when the little one was going to act out. Then last night we rented Space Balls. It was still a funny movie but not like it used to be. After a certain point I just lost interest in it. But our son loved it.

On some really good news I took a test this morning for a promotion at work. If I pass it will mean a transfer and a small raise. It will take 4-6 weeks for the results to be mailed out to me. So please send me all the luck you can spare. I've already got a position lined out as long as I score in a reachable ranking. In other job related news Summer has some good news but I'll let her tell that in the post she's writing now.

Time to get the BBQ going so farewell for now.

Things not to say

The other night after I came home from my men's group I made a joking comment to Summer. Here's how it went:

Me:"So some of the guys and I were thinking that maybe we needed to invite our wives to come to one of our group meetings."

SR:"Why?"

"Because we think it would be easier to get our points across sometimes."

Silence for a few minutes.

Me:"Oh come on. Give it a try. Baby. Sweetie. Dear. Snookums."

SR:"Snookums!? I'm not snookums."

"Sorry. It just came out. What do you like to be called?"

"Deer. Baby. You know."

"But your not a baby. Your a full figured woman."

And that ladies and gentlemen is when it went sour. Apparently a woman does not take it as a compliment to be called a full figured woman. This is what she heard "But your not a baby. Your a huge fat woman."

What I meant was that she is not a baby. She is a full grown woman that has a nice full figure. Meaning she has nice curves.

Am I the only person that this happens to? Ladies help me out please. What is wrong with being a full figured woman?
